Please read the following information before enrolling in one of our workshops. It is understood that you accept these conditions by action of your payment.
Course payment
All course fees must be paid prior to the class starting. There are a number of ways to pay the course fee:
PayPal – online via our website, see the enrolment page for each workshop
Credit card – online via PayPal on our website
Deposit and later payment – deposit via PayPal on our website, balance to be paid before class commences. Banking details will be forwarded to you, but please note that it is your responsibility to ensure full payment is made prior to the class commencing or enrolment cannot be guaranteed
Banking transfer – online banking transfer or directly into our account at a Westpac branch, contact us for details
Eventbrite – via the Eventbrite website when a Geomancy Australia workshop is listed
Other payment methods – if you need to pay by another method or would like to apply for a concession, contact us directly by email to discuss your situation and requirements.
Discounted rates can sometimes be offered to those experiencing financial hardship; contact us directly by email to discuss your requirements and situation. These arrangements need to be negotiated well in advance and will depend on availability and class numbers.
Workshop numbers are limited. Enrolment is not guaranteed until full payment is made. In the case of concessions and instalments, if they are not paid when due we reserve the right to cancel the enrolment.
We reserve the right to refuse enrolment, or withdraw enrolment of anybody at any time. If this occurs and payment has been made, it will be refunded in full or pro rata, deducting payment for workshop time already completed.
Children, minors or anyone not enrolled in the class cannot be brought to the workshop.
Cancellation policy
Course fees are due in full prior to the course commencement date. The course fee includes a non-refundable deposit of 25%.
All registrations for this course that are cancelled 60 days or more prior to the class starting will be refunded in full less the deposit amount. If cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to the class starting the deposit can be transferred to another Geomancy Australia workshop.
Course fees are non-refundable after 60 days prior to the class starting.
We reserve the right to cancel the course if it does not meet the minimum enrolment numbers, or in the event of exceptional circumstances. Where cancellation occurs, we will provide (where possible) alternative dates for course delivery, or a full refund of the course fees.
